Arizona sophomore linebacker Scooby Wright is a Walter Camp All-American. The NCAA recognizes the All-America teams selected by the AP, AFCA, FWAA, Sporting News, and the Walter Camp Football Foundation to determine consensus All-Americans. If three of these organizations select a player to their first team, he automatically receives the “consensus” honor. If a player is named an All-American by all five organizations, he receives “unanimous All-American” recognition.

No other week like it for an Arizona football player in the program’s history.

With Michigan’s recent losses at home to New Jersey Institute of Technology and Eastern Michigan, Arizona hopes to withstand a challenge from the Wolverines away from their arena. Some times it’s best for a struggling team to hit the road and bond.

Niya Butts is getting the job done this season with the women’s hoops program.

So many more of these type of plays to come in Nick Johnson’s career. He leaped over Ramon Sessions!

Former ASU assistant Eric Musselman, an ex-Golden State head coach where Steve Kerr is now, offered this Tweet. Musselman is now a LSU assistant coach.

Arizona’s Stanley Johnson and Wisconsin’s Frank Kaminsky are part of the Mutual Admiration Society.

Let’s not forget that Kerr is not the only former Arizona point guard who is a professional head coach. Reggie Geary has achieved success in Japan.
