Arizona’s quarterback play against UCLA the last three years ranges from ineffective to below average. Look at how Matt Scott, B.J. Denker and Anu Solomon fared against UCLA in the last three years:

Scott — 15 of 25 for 124 yards in 2012 before leaving because of a concussion.

Denker — 2 of 5 for 12 yards after replacing Scott in 2012 and then 20 of 33 for 186 yards with two touchdowns and an interception in 2013.

Solomon — 18 of 48 for 175 yards with one touchdown and an interception, one of his worst games with Arizona, last season.
