Edwin Lovett to the Colorado School of Mines

Pusch Ridge wide receiver/DB Edwin Lovett announced his commitment to the Colorado School of Mines on Sunday. The 6-1 receiver collected 796 yards with nine touchdowns for the Lions. Lovett had 25 tackles and two interceptions on defense.

“We are very excited to announce Edwin will be taking his God-given talents to the Colorado School of Mines to study Engineering & play college football!” his father, former University of Arizona standout Lamar Lovett, wrote.

“Thanks for everyone who prayed. We believe this is God’s will for Edwin at this time. All glory to God!”
