BOYS VOLLEYBALL: Cienega to play for state championship

Only four teams from Southern Arizona have won state championships in boys’ volleyball and only five coaches have led the way. The last state championship from Southern Arizona came from Heather-Moore Martin and Catalina in 2011.

No. 1 Cienega and head coach Heather Mott have a shot to join that elite group of teams on Friday night when the Bobcats go up against No. 2 Horizon in the 5A state championship match set for Highland High School.
