Tombstone standout Wayne Wilridge to play football and compete in track for Central College. Wilridge collected 987 yards receiving and pulled in 14 touchdowns for the Yellow Jackets in his senior year.

“Me making it means so much, I’m lost for words,” Wilridge said.

“Furthering my education and playing in college is something not all athletes get to do. This accomplishment is so appreciated by my family because of my size. They know I’ve worked for everything I’ve earned, and they’re proud to see all of the hard work is finally paying off.”
