Catalina Foothills junior Faith Flores is in Illinois this week for the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) playoffs. The midfielder plays for SC Del Sol 01 ECNL out of Phoenix and her club has advanced to the semifinal round of the 16U North American Cup to be played on Monday.
SC del Sol beat CASL ECNL U16 (North Carolina) 0-0 (3-2) on Friday in the opening round of and then outlasted FC Virginia ECNL U16 2-2 (4-2) on Saturday to advance to the semifinal round where the club will take on Albertson Fury ECNL U16 (New York).
