San Marcos beat Tucson 7-6 Saturday morning to capture the championship of the Chris Moon Invitational. The Badgers beat San Marcos 6-0 in pool play on Wednesday but the Royals battled back through bracket play to earn the rematch in the final played at Cherry Field….

His own children have won multiple state high school championships and were named to all-state teams.
