Rincon holds an 8-6 record over Desert View dating back to 1985. The Rangers are going for a 4-2 record for the first time since 2012 and the Jaguars are looking to rebound from a big loss to Ironwood Ridge last week.

5A Marana (0-5) at 5A Buena (4-1) (Region)
Marana leads the series 2-1 since 1997. The Colts are going for 5-1 for the first time since 1996 and the Tigers are in danger going 0-6 for the first time since 2011. Buena QB Jovoni Borbon has 4,763 career passing yards.

5A Cienega (3-2) at 5A Sunnyside (1-4) (Region)
Cienega holds a 5-2 advantage since 2003. The Bobcats host Buena next week.

5A Ironwood Ridge (2-3) at 5A Nogales (4-1) (Region)
Ironwood Ridge is 5-0 against Nogales since the school opened in 2002. The Apaches started out 5-1 in 2012.

5A Cholla (1-4) at 5A Mountain View (1-4) (Region)
Mountain View is 5-1 over Cholla since 1988.

5A Empire (1-4) at 5A Flowing Wells (0-5) (Region)
Flowing Wells is 2-1 over Empire since 2013. Flowing Wells was last 0-6 in 2009.

4A Salpointe (4-0) at 4A Sahuaro (5-0) (Region)
Salpointe is 15-11-1 against Sahuaro since 1970 including the last seven since 1994. Bijan Robinson is only seven yards away from 1,000 on the year and he has 5,794 career rushing yards. The 4A-6A record is 5,878 so Robinson only needs 85 yards to set a new “Big School” record. Robinson is 1,750 yards away from the state career rushing record regardless of class.

4A Amphitheater (3-2) at 4A Palo Verde (2-3) (Region)
Palo Verde owns a slim 13-12 advantage since 1963 but the Panthers have won four in a row since 2014.

4A Douglas (2-3) at 4A Pueblo (4-1) (Region)
Pueblo holds a 24-11-1 advantage over Douglas since 1960 including the last five in a row. The Warriors went 5-1 in 2000, 1967 and 1958.

4A Walden Grove (4-1) at 4A Rio Rico (2-3) (Region)
Walden Grove is 5-1 against Rio Rico since 2013.

4A Canyon del Oro (5-0) at 4A Catalina Foothills (2-3) (Region)
Canyon del Oro is 11-2 against Catalina Foothills since 2001. The Dorados are looking to go 6-0 for the first time since 2010.

Sabino in is 23-6 over Catalina since 1973.
