Arizona is in the middle of a complete nosedive with no end in sight as the team is setting on the longest losing streak in program history with 11 losses in-a-row dating back to last season.
Last week, Arizona started strong against Colorado, taking a 13-0 lead and rushing for 106 yards in the first quarter. It was then all Buffaloes the rest of the way, outscoring the Wildcats 24-0 to close out the game.
Now, Arizona will play ASU is one of the nation’s oldest rivalry games for the battle of the Territorial Cup. Coming into Friday’s game, coach Kevin Sumlin is 0-2 and lost a 24-14 game in Tempe last season.
