All Sports Tucson Talk: Panel discusses Jedd Fisch’s early assistant coach hires


New Arizona coach Jedd Fisch is off to a good start in the eyes of the Arizona football alumni by giving legends Ricky Hunley and Chuck Cecil a place on his coaching staff.

Hunley will be the defensive line coach, Cecil will coach the defensive backs, Jimmie Dougherty the wide receivers or quarterbacks and Brennan Carroll, son of Pete Carroll, will be the offensive coordinator with also a focus on the offensive line.

Don Brown is expected to be named the defensive coordinator soon.
