Former Sahuaro standout Nate Renfro signed with the Austin Spurs, the G League Western Conference program.

Renfro averaged 16.4 points a game as a senior for Sahuaro in 2015 and the 6-foot-8 forward also pulled down over nine rebounds an outing while blocking three shots in the process. The Cougars went 23-6 that year and he landed a spot playing for San Francisco where he averaged almost 22 points a game in his career.

USF reports that Renfro is the only player in school history to record at least 100 or more blocks, 600 or more rebounds and 100 or more steals in a career. Renfro grew from 5-9 as a high school freshman to his current 6-8 stature.
