Arizona lands another in-state recruit for the 2021 class

Arizona coach Jedd Fisch is busy rounding out the 2021 recruiting class and currently has 15 players signed to play for the new staff.

When hired, Fisch emphasized that a focus would be on in-state recruiting that the program hasn’t seen since before the Kevin Sumlin tenure.

Fisch landed another in-state recruit on Monday in Ammon Allen, a 6-foot-2, 202-pound outside linebacker out of Gilbert Highland High School.

Allen is a three-star linebacker, according to 247 Sports, who chose Arizona over Air Force, Army, Navy and Eastern Washington, among others.
