The Aztecs went 1-2 but Thiam was a bright spot as she scored 33 points and had 16 rebounds, 15 assists and six steals in the three games. The Aztecs beat Community Christian College to start the season but then lost to Division I programs Eastern Arizona College and Central Arizona College.

Pima, in the midst of a five-game schedule after COVID-19 protocol delays, will next play at Eastern Arizona College on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
