Aari McDonald was named a second-team All-American by the USBWA on Friday for the second consecutive year.
McDonald has led Arizona to its first Final Four averaging 25.3 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.5 steals per game while shooting 55 percent from the field and 50 percent from 3-point range in NCAA Tournament games.
She became the first player to score at least 30 points in the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight in 14 years. She had 31 points against Texas A&M and 33 against Indiana.
McDonald and the Wildcats (20-5) play UConn (28-1) in the Final Four tonight at 6:30 p.m. local time on ESPN at the Alamodome in San Antonio.
