Flowing Wells established itself as one of the top teams in the state through December with a 15-1 overall record including earning its Flowing Wells Shootout Invitational championship on Dec. 29. A main force behind that success is junior foward Navine Mallon, who is versatile enough to play all five positions at 5-foot-10. She is averaging a double-double in points (17.3) and rebounds (11.4) and is also posting 3.5 steals and 2.7 assists per game.

Her accomplishments merit her recognition as the Jet Sports Training Female Athlete of the Month for December.
