
Walden Grove alum Daniel Moody became the leading scorer for a 12-4 Pima Community College team that reached a No. 9 ranking in the nation among NJCAA Division II teams in the nation in the month of December. The 6-foot-7 and 190-pound forward ended the month averaging 19.5 points and 9.3 rebounds a game. He also shot 58.9 percent from the field, including 45.1 percent from 3-point range.
Moody’s performance merits him the selection of Jet Sports Training Athlete of the Month for December.
