Southern Arizona’s fastest runner? USR, Jet Sports Training hosting speed camp at Arizona

Jet Sports Training is partnering with Universal Speed Rating for a Speed City Tour Camp on Saturday at Bear Down Field, directly north of Arizona Stadium, from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

The camp consists of female and male athletes ages 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U taking part in running technique and skill drills taught by Les Spellman, who has emerged as one of America’s elite speed performance coaches training NFL and USA Rugby players, Olympians, NCAA athletes, plus emerging high school and youth level kids across a variety of sports.

All attendees will receive a verified Universal Speed Rating from Spellman and speed trainers Ciara Murray and Jevaughn Pinnock, and a free six-week speed program based on the runner’s results at the camp.
