Arizona went into Pasadena with hopes of ending its nine-game losing streak, but things changed quickly as starting quarterback Grant Gunnell went down with a shoulder injury on the first play of the game. After that point, it was downhill for the Wildcats as they lost 27-10, extending the longest losing streak in program history now sitting at ten games.
Now, the Wildcats and coach Kevin Sumlin will have to find a way to end the losing streak with a sizzling 3-0 Colorado Buffaloes team coming off of a 20-10 win over San Diego State.
