Former Arizona hoops player Corey Williams will broadcast his first game with ESPN tonight commenting on the Cal-Santa Barbara vs. Cal State-Fullerton game on ESPNU at 8 p.m., Tucson time.

Williams, who played for the Wildcats from 1992-96, recently was a commentator for the Fox Sports broadcast of Arizona games. That gig was lost with the Pac-12 Networks starting its broadcasts this season. Another former UA player — Matt Muehlebach — handles the commentary for that network during Arizona games.

Williams joins a long list of former UA players who are in the national and local eye as commentators.
