How did Arizona fare in its 24-17 loss to Washington State last week?
— The Arizona Wildcats came one play away from at least 10 plays of 12 yards or more, breaking a three-game streak of achieving that mark.
— For the ninth consecutive game, Arizona managed at least five drives of at least eight plays. The last two drives were 23 plays for 116 yards. Arizona had nothing to show for them with a missed field goal and turning the ball over on downs at the end.
— The Wildcats held Washington State to only one series of three downs and out before a punt. Their goal to get a sticker is five.
HELMET STICKER CRITERIA
The Wildcats earn cat claws for the Arizona helmet if they achieve these following marks. This grading system is stringent. The Wildcats must achieve their goal. If it states the UA must achieve “more than” a certain mark, they must pass that mark. This helmet will be updated weekly as the Wildcats attempt to fill the helmet with the cat claws:
