Another spine-tingler from Arizona’s Digital Gurus. Loved it that pictures at the onset of video show Fred Snowden with Bob Elliott and Al Fleming, the stars of the 1970’s who put Arizona hoops on the national map.

How much does the Arizona program mean to the Gordon family, although Aaron played only one year in Tucson?
Miller mentioned how Drew and Aaron Gordon played against each other today in the NBA preseason. Their parents were at McKale.

Serbian center Dusan Ristic missed only one field goal in eight attempts in 18 minutes. Showed a deft shooting touch with solid post moves. How important is it that former center Joseph Blair, one of the best fundamental post players in the Lute Olson era, is again a part of Sean Miller’s staff this year for the development of Kaleb Tarczewski and Ristic?
It was a great experience playing for the first time at the McKale. Fans were amazing! #beardown

Another appreciation post for the fans from a first-year player, a very good one.

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson tried only two free throws (made them both) but that’s a start. The Red and Blue teams combined for a 15-for-21 performance from the line, including a 7-for-7 performance by Tarczewski.
The Rondae shimmy is back. McKale Crowd approves. So does his FT percentage.

A 7-footer is usually not called the best practice player.
“In 10 practices he might be our best player.” Sean Miller on Kaleb Tarczewski

That is what you expect from a senior captain.
Damon Stoudamire told me the other day that every team T.J. McConnell is on in practice wins. He's on the Red team today.
