This season two of my colleagues — Steve Rivera of GOAZCATS.com and Anthony Gimino of TucsonNewsNow.com — and I will pick the outcomes of Pac-12 games. Odds listed are of the Westgate Superbook in Las Vegas. …

Rivera and Gimino went 6-0 in picking Pac-12 games straight-up last week, and yours truly was 5-1 (I missed badly on Arizona), but against the spread, we all struggled for the first time this season.

All of us went 3-3 against the spread, maintaining our combined plus-19 above .500 mark, which if you gambled on these picks, you would be making some decent money.

Rivera is still the hottest picker of the group at 11-3-2 against the spread over the last three weeks.

His success prompted our friend, KOLD-TV’s Dave Cooney, to have this response last week:

Ace Rothstein? What does he know of Pac-12 football?
