Thomas Shroder (AZ Western)
Thomas Shroder graduated from Cienega in 2014 and moved over to Arizona Western where he finished the 2015 season with a record of 6-3 with an ERA of 3.09. Shroder was named ACCAC Pitcher of the Week three times.
Shroder will finish his sophomore season before heading out to play for the University of Texas at Arlington.
“Thomas had an outstanding freshman year including back to back 12 K performances against Yavapai and Eastern Arizona to open the season,” his parents Cindy and Robert wrote. “He worked extremely hard to earn this opportunity, and we’re looking forward to his 2016 sophomore season at AWC and his continued success at UT Arlington.”
