Plenty of wild finishes Friday at the Sahuaro Boyd Baker Tournament with Sunnyside defeating Nogales in overtime and Pueblo overcoming a 5-point deficit to beat Canyon del Oro on a 3-pointer at the end.
Rincon will play Canyon del Oro in the third place game on Saturday and Sahuaro will play Pueblo in the final. Both games start at 1 p.m. with both gyms being utilized.
Salpointe will play Basha in the championship game of the Salpointe Tipoff Classic at 8 p.m. on Saturday night. Sunnyside will go up against Desert Mountain in the third place game at 6:30 p.m.
Basha beat Sunnyside 49-45 in one semifinal game on Friday night and Salpointe defeated Desert Mountain 66-61.

Buena’s Cody Shear hit two free throws with 10 seconds left for the winning margin against Shadow Ridge. Flowing Wells’ Brandon Guerrero hit four free throws in the last 20 seconds and finished with 23 points in the Cabs upset of Trevor Browne.
