Mountain View senior Alyssa Lovato won seven games for Mountain View last year and looks to lead her team to the state playoffs. Lovato committed to Eastern New Mexico on Tuesday night.
“Well this moment has been a long time coming for me,” Lovato wrote. “I have had many trials and tribulations to overcome and they’re still being thrown at me. It’s a big, scary and exciting decision. This road has really been tough, long and exhausting. I wouldn’t trade this game for the world. I really have my parents to thank for this they always were there helping me see the light at the end of the tunnel and guiding me through this journey. And to thank my coaches and dad for building me into the player I am today.
“I am so excited to be attending ENMU next fall. God is good, God is great. He really puts you where you need to be. Thank you everyone. And all the support and prayers and just everything it means the world to me! GO GREYHOUNDS!”
