Cienega outfielder Jenessa Jarvis committed to play for Concordia University. The senior batted .364 last year with seven doubles and 17 RBIs.

“Concordia is just all around a good place, good school, town and people. It’s somewhere I can really see myself succeeding,” Jarvis said. “For me, it is a relief. I finally found where I am going to be the next four years, which has been on my mind and my parents minds for years. It’s exciting to make my family proud!”
