Luis Samorano committed to play baseball for Luna Community College (New Mexico) on Monday. Samorano plays infield and outfield for Tucson and he batted .286 with four doubles and a triple for the Badgers.
“We feel very blessed that Luis is able to continue his education and play the game he loves at the next level at Luna CC,” his father Kelly Samorano said. “Our niece Araceli Peralta plays softball at Florida International and our son Kristian Samorano plays for Pima. They have paved the way and help guide him to always work hard and never give up.”
