State Swim & Dive Championships this Friday & Saturday

The State Swim and Dive preliminary round is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 2 with Division I and Division II set for the Skyline Aquatic Center in Paradise Valley and Division III scheduled for the Dady Aquatic Center in Mesa. All diving prelims regardless of division will be at the Dady Aquatic Center.

The finals are set for Saturday, Nov. 3 at the same venues.

The Southern Arizona Regional Qualifier took place Friday and Saturday at the Oro Valley Pool and complete results can be found HERE including commentary from two-time state championship coach Melanie Paulsen of Sabino.

In order to qualify for state, a swimmer or diver must attain at least a provisional mark at a qualifying invitational. The top 32 individuals and top 24 relay teams per event will qualify for D-I and D-II and the top 24 individuals and top 16 relay teams per event will qualify or D-III.
