Former Cienega pitcher Andre Jackson promoted by the Dodgers to Rancho Cucamonga

Former Cienega standout Andre Jackson was promoted from the Great Lakes Loons, the Single-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers, to the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes. The Quakes are the Class-A Advanced affiliates of the Dodgers.

Jackson went 4-1 with a 2.23 ERA with 50 strikeouts in 10 starts with the Loons. Jackson is slated to start against the Lancaster Jethawks (Rockies) on Wednesday.
