Sunnyside will face San Xavier Monday night for the District 12 8-10 Softball championship. Sunnyside beat San Xavier 15-4 last Thursday so San Xavier has to beat Sunnyside twice in the double-elimination format.
Freedom will play Sunnyside Monday night for the District 12 9-11 Baseball championship. Freedom beat Sunnyside 12-0 last Thursday so Sunnyside has to beat Freedom twice in the double-elimination format.
Copper Hills, Southwestern, Santa Rita are all in the semifinals of the District 12 Little League Baseball bracket. Sunnyside and Rincon are facing off Monday night for the fourth spot in the semifinal round on the winner’s bracket.
