Maggie Reynolds & Jillian Kniffen win first ever Dig It Doubles Indoor Tournament

Dig It Doubles Tournament: June 30: Sporting Chance

Maggie Reynolds and Jillian Kniffen beat Jordan Atencio and Olivia Lara 21-15, 21-9 to capture the championship of the Dig It Doubles Tournament held at Sporting Chance on Sunday. Six teams played pool play and a series of crossover matches to determine the bracket positions for Sunday afternoon.

Claire Stephens and Cassie Davis beat Zeta Zajac and Sedona Robinson to set up a semifinal match against Reynolds and Kniffen and Atencio and Lara beat Minda Prideaux and Mel O’Daniel to set up the other semifinal against Bailey Breeding and Jasmine Coleman-Dunlap.

Stephens and Davis went on to defeat Breeding and Coleman-Dunlap in the third place game.

The next Dig It Doubles Tournament is set for Sunday, July 28.
