Simayah Arriola, a catcher, went 4 for 4 and came a double away from achieving the cycle.

After losing 7-5 to Gilbert in the opening round of the tournament on Tuesday, Sunnyside has defeated Wilcox 14-1 and Blythe in the elimination bracket.

Sunnyside tries to remain in the tournament tonight at 7:30 in a rematch with Gilbert, which lost 2-1 to Arcadia on Friday night.
