Desert View and Mountain View will be playing for the 5A Sonoran championship this Friday. There are no automatic state qualifiers at the 5A level, however.
Salpointe can win the 4A Kino Region with a win over Catalina Foothills this Friday. An automatic berth to the 4A state playoffs would be the reward but the Lancers are currently slated for the Open Division.
GOLF
The Salpointe boys won Section 1 and Walden Grove won Section 2. The Ironwood Ridge girls won Section 1 and Cienega on Section 2. The Walden Grove boys and the Rincon/UHS girls are playing in the play-in tournament on Tuesday.

SOCCER
Willcox won the 2A South Region and earned a berth to the state playoffs starting on Oct. 30. Bisbee is an independent team and is ranked No. 2 in the state.
