Pima signed Sabino track standout Alyssa Parton on Tuesday.
Her time of 59.97 in the 400 meters is the tops in Division III this spring and her time of 26.83 was the second-best time in the 200 meters.
“We are happy to have Alyssa. She was about to have a great senior year,” Pima interim track & field head coach Chad Harrison said in a release. “Alyssa will be helping us out in the short sprints.”
