Cole Gerken, a former Ironwood Ridge High School standout who has played for Pima College the last two seasons, is headed to Columbia (Mo.) College.
Gerken, a 6-foot-4 and 175-pound guard, averaged 11..3 points, 6.9 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game last season for the Aztecs.

Columbia College is an NAIA institution.
As a senior at Ironwood Ridge in 2016-17, Gerken averaged 16.6 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.
He also was an accomplished quarterback, completing 100 of 169 pass attempts for 1,725 yards with 17 touchdowns and six interceptions as a senior in the 2016 season.
