The Arizona Wildcats added their third recruit from New Orleans today to their Class of 2021 commits with the pledge of 3-star receiver Tyrese Johnson of Booker T. Washington High School.

Johnson, 6-foot-1 and 190 pounds, is the Wildcats’ 17th verbal commitment of the Class of 2021. The other commitments from New Orleans are outside linebacker Kolbe Cage of Holy Cross High School (the first to commit to Arizona on May 5) and running back Montrell Johnson Jr. of De La Salle High School.

Johnson, the first receiver to commit to Arizona in this class, reportedly chose the Wildcats over an impressive list of suitors including Arkansas, Florida State, Miami, Mississippi State, Tennessee and Colorado.

After a heavy start to recruiting defensive players, coach Kevin Sumlin and his staff have received commitments from four offensive players this month, including three consecutively with CDO running back Stevie Rocker Jr., Richmond (Ill.) Richmond-Burton offensive tackle Luke Eckardt and Tyrese Johnson.

The class consists of 10 defensive players and seven on offense. Here is a complete list:
