Authentic Adds to Bob Baffert’s Long List of Winners


University of Arizona graduate and Nogales native Bob Baffert has trained 15 horses that have finished in the money in the Triple Crown races — eight that have placed first. Authentic became the eighth Baffert horse to win one of the major races with his first-place finish today in the Kentucky Derby.

The following is a list of his winners with the year and the races the horses won (including Triple Crown winners American Pharoah and Justify):
