Jet Sports Training Male Athlete of the Month: Walden Grove’s Milo Rushford

Walden Grove senior pitcher/outfielder Milo Rushford, the leading batter for the Red Wolves’ 17-1-1 baseball, is the Jet Sports Training Athlete of the Month for March.

Rushford is batting .639 with seven doubles, three triples and two home runs for Walden Grove, which is the No. 1-rated team in the 4A by the Arizona Interscholastic Association.

Rushford (6-foot-2 and 170 pounds) has signed a national letter of intent with New Mexico State.

He also is a pitcher with the Red Wolves with a 4-0 record and 2.24 ERA in five games. He has 33 strikeouts and 10 walks in 25 innuings.
