Former Sahuaro standout Ashley Bradford was named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) Player of the Year for Colorado Mesa.
Bradford leads the Mavs with a .464 on-base percentage, 121 total bases and 14 stolen bases throughout the 2022 season. She has been a key component of Colorado Mesa’s offense, which ranks ninth in the nation with 7.4 runs per game. Bradford has 14 home runs throughout the season and accounts for a team-leading 49 runs in the 2022 campaign. Bradford has 50 starts on as many appearances this season and is averaging .377 from the plate. She also leads the Mavericks with 58 hits and 13 doubles while accounting for 49 RBI.
Former Sahuaro standout Lauren Wedman was named to the RMAC Second Team playing softball for Colorado Mesa.
Former Salpointe standout Aleena Alexander was named to the Cal Pac All-Academic Team playing softball for Embry-Riddle.
