The Tucson Unified School District (TUSD) held its second annual fall-sports media day on Saturday at Tucson High behind the direction of Badgers’ athletic director Stephanie Miller.
All nine high schools took part with coaches and athletic directors and some of the athletes in attendance. They were interviewed and posed for photos.
This was a tremendous idea by TUSD and it was organized well by Miller. Those who benefit the most are the young athletes, who deserve the recognition for the work they put in on the field and in the classroom.
