Sunnyside’s football coach Thomas Romack and cross country coach Marco Rodriguez took some of their time out of practice to be interviewed earler this week about their upcoming seasons.
The Blue Devil football team hosts Glendale Apollo on Friday night at 7 while the boys and girls cross country teams coached by Rodriguez and Andrea Andrade start their competion on Friday night at the Rio Rico Rich River Rattler Invitational.
The middle school portion of the event starts at 5:30 p.m. and the high school runners start their competition at 7:10 p.m.
