Former Ironwood Ridge standout Devyn Netz was named Big 12 Pitcher of the Week for Arizona.
Former Sahuaro basketball standout Alyssa Brown was named Player of the Game for UNLV on Feb. 23.
Former Amphitheater basketball standout Mat’Tanaya Vital was named ACCAC D-II Player of the Week with Pima.
Former Tucson standout Jiselle Nunez earned ACCAC D-II Player of the Week with Pima for the second time.
Former Palo Verde standout Angel Addleman and former Ironwood Ridge standout Makayla Holthaus were named GSAC Scholar Athlete from OUAZ.
Former Tucson High athlete Landyn Lewis earned the PGA Southwest patriot Award.
This list will be updated all year in an effort to recognize all former local prep stars who have gone on to win either academic and/or athletic awards at the next level.
