
Canyon del Oro is the No. 1 team in the 5A, according to the power ratings released by the AIA for the first time this season Tuesday. The Dorados (15-0 overall) are also ranked No. 15 nationally by MaxPreps. Legendary coach Kelly Fowler’s team is 7-0 in games sanctioned by the AIA (which does not include in-season tournaments as part of its power ratings). St. David is another Southern Arizona school rated No. 1 — in the 1A conference.
