Pima’s Kiley Sours-Miller earns NJCAA Division II Player of Year

Pima Community College women’s basketball player Kiley Sours-Miller is the 2025-26 NJCAA Division II Player of the Year.

She and her teammate Melicia Nelson were chosen NJCAA Division II first-team All-Americans.

Sours-Miller, a sophomore post player, is the first Pima women’s basketball player to earn the award.

She averaged 19.1 points, 9.1 rebounds and 1.8 blocks as she played and started in all 34 games. She posted 15 double-doubles in points and rebounds.

Sours-Miller is a two-time NJCAA Division II First-Team All-American, two-time NJCAA Division II All-Tournament player, two-time ACCAC Division II Player of the Year, two-time First-Team All-ACCAC, ACCAC Division II Freshman of the Year and 10-time ACCAC Division II Player of the Week.

She scored 1,267 points for her Pima career in 68 games played (64 starts).

She averaged 18.6 points, 9.9 rebounds (674 rebounds) and shot 59.7% from the field for her career. She also totaled 32 double-doubles in points and rebounds and scored in double figures in 67 of the 68 games played.

Sours-Miller became the fifth Pima women’s basketball player to be a two-time NJCAA Division II All-American joining Tia Morrison (2009, 2010), Abyee Maracigan (2009, 2010), Sydni Stallworth (2016, 2017) and Jacqulynn Nakai (2018, 2019).

She was 59-10 in her two years with the Aztecs capturing an NJCAA Division II national championship, two appearances in the NJCAA Division II national title game and two Region I, Division II championships.
