Cool feature by Arizona is having players take turns writing blogs of their experience in Lithuania. Sunday’s installment was written by Idaho State transfer Evan Otten. An excerpt from his blog: “I will leave you with something pretty cool that we saw at lunch today. We made a stop at ‘Hesburger.’ which is a fast food chain restaurant that is based in Finland but has locations all over Europe. We needed something quick because we didn’t have much time between practice and the museum visit so we walked over to Hesburger. As we walk in, we see this on the menu – ‘Arizonos mesainio kompleksas.’ It roughly translates to an Arizona burger value meal! It was a cheeseburger with lettuce, bacon, an onion ring and BBQ sauce on it. I was looking for a chicken sandwich, so I didn’t try one but others in our group did and said they were a little different, but good! But it was pretty crazy to walk into this chain restaurant in Lithuania and see ‘Arizona’ on the menu!”

A day after the Lithuanian National Team, which includes former Arizona standout Azuolas Tubelis, plays Arizona, it will go against Michigan.
