Isabella Garcia — Marana
QB | Sophomore
Garcia had an outstanding freshman season at quarterback for Marana and was recognized as a 2025 AllSportsTucson Player of the Year selection as well as first-team 6A recognition. Marana went 17-1 in 2025 and reached the 6A state semifinals.

That works out to approximately a 70.8% completion rate, while her 61 touchdown passes were among the highest totals in Arizona.
Garcia also has extensive experience outside of high school competition. She has played flag football since age 4, was a starting quarterback for Tucson Turf Elite’s 12U and 14U teams from 2023-25, has played for the Desert Diablas club program and has participated in three NFL Flag National Championships.
One of her notable performances came against Sunnyside late in the 2025 regular season. Garcia completed 23 of 39 passes for 200 yards and two touchdowns while rushing for 61 yards.
In another meeting with Sunnyside, Garcia completed 24 of 38 passes for 206 yards and two touchdowns, while adding 70 rushing yards.
Sophia Silverstein — Marana
WR/LB | Sophomore
Silverstein was another major piece of Marana’s young core. She was selected to the 2025 AllSportsTucson 6A first team as an athlete and earned the 6A Central second-team recognition from AZPreps365.
