Former Cienega infielder Nick Gonzales was a huge part again of the Pittsburgh Pirates’ production in a 10-6 win at the Houston Astros on Wednesday. Gonzales went 3 for 4 with three hits and a walk. He leads the team with 65 hits after getting two more on Wednesday night, including his second home run in four days. He has a batting average of .314, which is sixth in MLB. He now has two home runs and 29 RBIs, with a impressive batting average and an OPS of .759. Pueblo and Arizona graduate Francisco Romero, the Spanish voice of the Astros, interviewed Gonzales before the game Tuesday. Here is a video of his interview:
