The Pima County Parks and Recreation Novice Summer Swim Team Program held its annual championship event Saturday at the Marana Aquatic and Recreation Center.
The event, featuring youths ages 5 to 18, has taken place since 1992.
Saturday’s competition included seven records broken and the Marana Marlins emerging victorious with 987 points.
