The 9th Annual Lute Olson Fantasy Basketball Camp was held this past week at the Sporting Chance Center with stops at the Richard Jefferson Gymnasium on the University of Arizona, Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa and Frog & Firkin.
Former member of Lute Olson’s staff, Jay John, served as a camp coach this year along with Salim Stoudamire, Bennett Davison, Reggie Geary, Pete Williams, Matt Muehlebach, Joe Turner, Jason Gardner, Donnell Harris and Felecity Willis.
The team led by Davison and Harris won “The Belt” this year, fending off the team coached by John and Stoudamire in overtime on Sunday afternoon. Tommy Lloyd hosted the coaches on Saturday and the campers on Sunday at the Richard Jefferson Gymnasium.
