Desert Christian Jacob Barnes took seventh at the Division III state championship tournament held May 15-16 at the South Course of the Antelope Hills Golf Course in Prescott.
Barnes finished 11-over par 154, 10 shots back of state champion Dean Harpe of Payson. As a team, Desert Christian took 14th place.
